A RELATIONSHIP WITH YOUR HOME

More than a
painting project.

A freshly finished home is a good beginning. What comes next matters, too: knowing what to watch, when to plan maintenance and who to call when something looks different.

Carroll Loyalty keeps that conversation open. It brings the care behind your project into the years that follow, with practical guidance grounded in the surfaces already there.

Sometimes the right next step is a repair. Sometimes it is simply keeping an eye on an area. We believe you should understand the difference.

THE VALUE OF STAYING CONNECTED

Your home.
Cared for over time.

Six ways a familiar team can help you understand, maintain and enjoy the place you call home.

01

Annual Surface Checkup

A fresh look at familiar surfaces.

A visual review of paint, trim, siding, exposed wood, stucco, caulk and weather exposure helps you understand your home’s current condition. We discuss what looks sound, what deserves monitoring and what may need attention.

02

Storm Checkups

Someone familiar to call.

After severe weather, reach out about visible changes to the surfaces we care for. We can help you discuss the next step and arrange a checkup, subject to availability. This is a surface review, not an insurance coverage determination.

03

Photo History

A clearer picture over time.

Photos can make gradual changes easier to understand. As visits and projects are documented, available images give future conversations a useful reference. Existing records vary by project.

04

Seasonal Guidance

Timely things to look for.

Learn what to notice as the seasons change, from exposed areas after winter to sun-worn finishes and joints that deserve another look. Guidance helps you plan the next conversation before a larger project is on the calendar.

05

Priority Scheduling

A continuing place in the conversation.

Returning clients receive preferred scheduling consideration for future work. Tell us early about your plans so we can discuss a suitable window. Timing still depends on scope, weather and crew availability.

06

Project History

Details worth carrying forward.

Available notes about past scope, colors, finishes, repairs and project photos help inform future work. When a finish needs attention again, those details can be a useful starting point, alongside a fresh assessment.

Membership is free. Any painting or repair work is discussed and quoted separately. Checkup arrangements and timing are confirmed with our team.

OBSERVE FIRST. PLAN WITH CARE.

The Carroll
Surface Checkup.

1 2 3 4 5 ILLUSTRATIVE SURFACE GUIDE
  1. Paint & siding Visible wear, peeling edges, fading and changes in the finish.
  2. Trim & exposed wood Areas where the material or coating deserves a closer look.
  3. Caulk & joints Visible separation around transitions, windows and other details.
  4. Stucco & moisture-prone areas Changes in the coating, cracks or staining to discuss in context.
  5. Weather-exposed details Surface changes noticed after hail, snow or other severe weather.

The goal is to understand what is doing well, what to monitor and what deserves attention. A checkup begins with observation and an honest conversation about the limits of what is visible.

A visual surface checkup does not diagnose concealed moisture or replace a structural, roof or other specialist inspection.

Our current scheduling page opens a Carroll walkthrough. Mention “Loyalty Surface Checkup” when booking so we can confirm the visit with you.

CLEAR INFORMATION. THOUGHTFUL GUIDANCE.

A simple way to
understand your home.

The useful question is what to do next. We make room for three different answers.

01 / OK

Keep caring for it.

The visible surface appears to be serving its purpose. Continue ordinary care and revisit it as conditions change.

02 / MONITOR

Watch it thoughtfully.

An area has changed or deserves another look over time. Photos and notes help provide a reference for the next visit.

03 / ATTENTION

Discuss a plan.

An area warrants a closer conversation about preparation, repair or maintenance. We explain the proposed scope before work is agreed.

CONTINUITY HAS VALUE

Your home,
over time.

A single photograph shows a moment. A sequence of conversations, photos and project notes helps tell the story.

  1. First project

    Establish a starting point.

Record the agreed work and available colors, finishes and photos.

  2. Next checkup

    Look again with context.

Compare what is visible now with the information already on hand.

  3. After a storm

    Discuss what changed.

Share concerns and arrange an appropriate next step.

  4. When needed

    Plan thoughtful maintenance.

Address agreed areas of wear, with a clear scope for the work.

  5. In time

    Refresh with understanding.

Use what has been learned to inform the next project.

An illustrative care journey, not a project record or a prescribed maintenance schedule. Your home’s materials, condition and exposure guide the timing.

THE NEXT CHAPTER, TOGETHER

A familiar team
when the next
project comes.

A room may be ready for a different mood. The exterior may need a refresh. A detail you have been watching may finally deserve attention.

You can return to a team that values the context of your home and the care behind the last project. Available history informs the conversation, while every new scope receives its own assessment.

We bring preparation, color, texture, sheen and durability into the same discussion, so the result feels considered and belongs in your home.

GOOD RELATIONSHIPS TRAVEL

Share Carroll with
someone you know.

If a friend, neighbor or family member is planning a project, we would welcome the introduction. Ask them to mention your name when they contact us, so we can recognize the connection.

Your recommendation is part of the relationship, not a points balance. We make no promise of a cash reward or a discount. What matters is giving the next homeowner the same thoughtful conversation.

Help someone start a conversation

LOCAL EXPERIENCE. PRACTICAL CARE.

Built for
Colorado homes.

A sunny elevation and a sheltered corner can age differently. Wood, stucco and siding call for different decisions. The way a surface is exposed helps shape the conversation about its care.

Carroll has served Colorado Springs since 1988. That local experience shows up in a habit of looking closely: at existing coatings, earlier repairs, joints and the details a home presents today.

Seasonal guidance is most useful when it helps you notice something specific and ask a better question. We are here to help you do that.

OVER A CENTURY OF FAMILY CRAFTSMANSHIP

A family approach
to long-term care.

Our family’s craft reaches back through Irish roots and the Georgia shipyards, where preparation, repair and protection belonged to the same job. Carroll Painting has called Colorado Springs home since 1988.

Today, Peter III, Peter IV and Peter V continue that tradition through hands-on work, learning, training and passing knowledge forward.

For a homeowner, the value is practical: look closely, explain the work, take responsibility and keep learning. Carroll Loyalty gives that same approach a place in the years after a project.

Take care of the work.
Take care of the home.
Take care of the people.

Meet the Carroll tradition

BEFORE YOU JOIN

A few helpful answers.

Is Carroll Loyalty free?

Yes. Joining the Carroll Loyalty Program is free. Painting, repairs and any additional work are discussed and quoted separately. Our team confirms the arrangements for a checkup with you.

Do I need to be an existing customer?

New and returning homeowners are welcome. If we have worked with you before, we will connect existing project information whenever possible. Available records vary.

Is this a home inspection or a warranty?

A Surface Checkup is a visual review of the surfaces Carroll cares for. Membership does not create a new warranty, an insurance determination or a structural inspection. Any project-specific warranty remains subject to its own terms.

How do I schedule a checkup?

Use Schedule a Surface Checkup to open our current walkthrough calendar. Mention Carroll Loyalty when booking, or call (719) 963-8033. The team will confirm the appropriate visit and availability.

Do I need to add my property now?

No. Start with your name, email and phone. We can discuss your home, additional properties and any existing project records when we follow up.

Does priority mean immediate service?

Priority means preferred scheduling consideration for returning clients. Project scope, weather and crew availability still determine what is possible, so it helps to reach out early.
