For a floor, the concrete comes first.
Before discussing a decorative finish, we review the slab. Existing coatings, oily areas, cracks and moisture conditions can influence preparation and system selection. A coating is not a shortcut around an unsuitable surface.
Epoxy and polyaspartic describe coating chemistries, not a complete promise about performance. The preparation, layers, surface condition and product requirements matter. We discuss the proposed system for your garage, including appearance and the way the floor will be used.
Ask about texture and wet conditions, cleaning and the time before foot traffic, stored items or vehicles return. Those details should come from the selected system and job conditions. We do not advertise a universal one-day installation or a lifetime result for every slab.

A new coating will not necessarily hide slab movement, repair every crack permanently or correct a moisture source. We discuss limitations and any additional work that should be considered before agreeing on the finish.

Do you offer both garage painting and floor coatings?
Yes. We offer garage walls, ceilings and doors, along with epoxy and polyaspartic floor-coating options. Each surface is assessed and included in the estimate as an agreed part of the scope.
Is epoxy or polyaspartic better for my garage?
The appropriate system depends on the slab, existing coating, conditions and intended use. We discuss the proposed layers and product requirements after assessment rather than choosing by name alone.
Can a coating go over my existing garage floor finish?
The existing coating and its condition need to be evaluated. Preparation or removal may be required for the proposed system.
Will cracks disappear permanently?
A repair or coating does not guarantee that a moving crack will never reappear. The condition and repair approach need to be discussed before work begins.
When can I park in the garage again?
Vehicle return time depends on the specified coating and job conditions. We provide guidance for the actual system; dry to the touch does not necessarily mean ready for tires.
Do I need to empty the garage?
Clear access to the agreed work areas is necessary. During planning, we discuss what must be moved, the storage plan and how the garage will be kept available or closed during each stage.
