A Colorado Springs proposal presented exterior package options with differences in priming, caulking, application and product selection.

The starting point
Three package labels needed three scope descriptions.
This Colorado Springs 80920 proposal presented a main exterior package alongside optional Pro Grade and Premium packages. The entries included preparation and painting of brick as well as siding-related work.
The base package described washing, scraping, sanding, priming, standard acrylic caulking and two coats applied with an airless sprayer.
The documented differences
The middle option changed the process, not only the label.
The Pro Grade entry added a different priming treatment for heavily peeled areas and open siding grain, upgraded caulking to elastomeric caulk, and specified spray-and-backroll application.
The Premium entry built on the Pro Grade scope and changed the proposed paint selection. A separate deck entry covered the deck surface and railings. The estimate identified optional additions as outside the total.
These were the options in this particular proposal. This story does not turn its product descriptions or package terms into a promise for every future project.

The useful comparison was between steps and materials: what changes in preparation, which joints receive which caulk, how the finish is applied and which product is selected.
A homeowner can review those differences against the condition of the home and the desired scope. Any current package, warranty or product selection should be confirmed in the project agreement.
