The starting point
A property-wide plan still needed a building list.
This Pueblo 81004 proposal described stucco coating and trim painting, and explicitly included the detached garage and storage shed.
A separate clarification excluded the steel outbuilding at the back of the property. It also excluded the garage door on the house because that door was to be replaced.
The documented distinction
Inclusions and exclusions belonged side by side.
The proposal described washing, stucco repair, access preparation, masking and coating, with trim handled through its own preparation and paint description. Those process details did not make every structure on the property part of the job.
The named exclusions gave the homeowner a way to discuss the replacement door and the steel building separately. Unforeseen issues were to receive customer approval before proceeding.
